CANCELLATION OF A DONATION

The following will amount to a cancellation of a donation:

CANCELLATIONS

- Cancellation fees made can be paid back or refunded within 30 days.

- In case of an error transaction, a refund will be made in lieu with the banking institution verification process.

- Any cancellation not claimed or notified to our institution within 30 days of payment will be forfeited.

- A notification should be made within 7-14 working days of your cancellation of the donation.

- Cancellation made after the 30 days policy will be refunded with 50% back to the donor’s.
